Operating out of the HQ ACSC Division, CSIR- CBRI Roorkee,IIT Roorkee, CBRI Colony, Roorkee, Uttarakhand 247667 , we leverage strategic associations with industry giants like Larsen & Toubro (L&T) ,Aditya Birla Group and many more to execute projects. 

Our Story

The ISCMS is a strategic network and architectural alliance of construction experts, material suppliers, material production and investors. Established in 1992. We operate globally but maintain a notable regional office ACSC Division,CSIR- CBRI Roorkee,IIT Roorkee, CBRI Colony, Roorkee, Uttarakhand 247667 

Primary platform acts as a bridge between clients and trusted construction partners. ISCMS aims to strengthen infrastructure networks while connecting people, resources, and opportunities to deliver efficient, transparent, and quality projects. We manage residential, commercial, and general infrastructure developments, and hold professional industry associations with organizations like Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and the Aditya Birla Group.

Associate Partners are independent business associates who collaborate with the organization to promote its services, generate business opportunities, and support business growth. They act as a bridge between the company and potential clients by identifying prospects, facilitating communication, and assisting in the business development process.

Associate Partners are expected to maintain professional conduct, uphold the company's values and policies, and ensure transparency in all dealings. While they contribute to business generation and client coordination, they are not authorized to make commitments, alter company policies, or enter into agreements on behalf of the company without written approval from management.

Their performance is evaluated based on business generation, client satisfaction, compliance with company procedures, and overall contribution to organizational growth.
